About
I'm a product and tech leader helping teams design and build AI products that ship – not just strategies that sound good in a deck.
My core offer is a 7-week AI Product Sprint: from idea to a working alpha/MVP.
It works because I combine strategic product leadership with hands-on prototyping and an engineering-minded approach to design – so we can move fast and stay grounded in reality.
Alongside sprints, I work with small number of teams as a senior product designer and creative technologist – especially when rapid prototyping and applied AI are central to the work.
Beyond the screen
Outside of work I’m a dog dad of two beautiful whippets and spend a lot of time on trails and fells. It turns out moving uphill for fun is decent training for shipping products under constraints. Read my Istria ultramarathon story to get a flavour of what I get up to.
My approach
AI products fail in predictable ways: unclear or forced use-cases, fuzzy data assumptions and demos that don't survive real users.
My approach is outcome led. I believe in prototyping from the start, learning through making and that AI isn't just a chat-bot.
I’ve spent 15+ years building human-centred tools and services across enterprise and consumer contexts, and more recently designing agentic products where trust, control surfaces, and observability matter as much as the the client experience.
How I work
Fast, focused cycles – tangible progress each week.
Small, senior teams – fewer handoffs, better communication, more momentum.
Clarity over theatre – prototypes over decks; decisions over vibes.
Pragmatic evaluation – test early, measure what matters, iterate fast.
Clients and partners
I’ve worked with teams at Spotify, Meta, NHS, BBC, Heathrow Airport, Deutsche Telekom, JATO, Panasonic, and others – typically where design craft, technical execution, and stakeholder alignment all need to work together.
