My Website redesign

I have re-designed and updated my website. It now tells my story in a much broader way. Now you can browse through my photography work, my interactive and design projects and my videography.

The new and improved website can be found at the same address as before:

The Well

For the last month I’ve been working with Daniel Kwast on the experimental interactive flash video installation titled The Well. He did the flash programing, i did the video and interface content.

The project deals with the perception of the world from two different points of view. It is a question of what reality is and how different people experience it. Is there such thing as an absolute perception? And how relative does it get?

Vejle lights

I have been at this workshop about light art (a small part of big Philips lighting festival in Vejle) this week. The mentors Thorbjørn and Elle-Mie did The Clock and the Sunrise and Sunset piece. We, the students, decided to make the Tree of Shadows.

From the experiments of the first evening we got some ideas for our project. We definitely wanted to play with the shadows and Philips wanted us to light the trees (boooooring), so we thought about getting two birds with one stone. I had an idea with creating this big white box around the tree and lighting the tree from inside so we would get some wicked psychedelia shadows on the walls (like the once from the experiments). The problem was we didn’t have enough time, money or will power to create the construction for it. So we decided just to wrap the tree all around and just put some lights inside and hope for the best.
